What's New For You At Elliott's?

Dear Friends,

Some of you have wondered what is going on at Elliott's because you noticed that we had placed our building up for sale.

What's going on is that we've outgrown our existing headquarters and are now planning to construct a new, high-tech, 10,000-square-foot facility. Our new offices will feature a fabrication shop, an interactive showroom and a training lab.

Working with the latest equipment, our technicians will be able to sharpen their diagnostic skills, helping us provide you with the highest quality work possible. We're so confident in our abilities that we now give a 100% unconditional guarantee on all our services!

Our membership in several high-level industry associations also helps us serve you better, giving us access to exclusive training opportunities and the chance to share ideas about using the latest technology to help our customers.

These organizations include the Excellence Alliance, the National Air Duct Cleaners Association and the Air Conditioning Contractors of America, of which I currently serve as the Michigan Chapter President.

You'll see another positive change the next time we're in your neighborhood. Our trucks now feature the new "Team Elliott" logo, and our comfort consultants and technicians will soon have new uniforms with photo ID badges, a change we're making to help you feel more secure.

When calls come in to our office, service dispatcher Tracy Zimmerman is there on the front lines making that crucial first impression. We're glad to have her on the job.

If you've phoned us with a service request or a question recently, chances are you've spoken with Tracy, who joined us in October 2000. She schedules equipment service calls and coordinates the schedules of our service technicians.

Tracy earned her home comfort wings during her four years of service in the U.S. Air Force, most of that time spent in Germany. "I was a personnel specialist for a civil engineering squadron that did a lot of work with plumbing, heating, metal fabrication and refrigeration," says Tracy, who held the rand of sergeant. Later, she pursued a career as a legal secretary before she joined us.

Tracy has another full-time job as mom to Ryan, 7, and Autumn, 5. Favorite family activities include horseback riding. Ryan also loves to play hockey and Tracy is his biggest booster.
